Any idea why LibreDNS doesn't work as DoT DNS?

I've entered 116.203.115.192 as DNS, 853 as port and dot.libredns.gr as DoT address and the moment I confirm it, not a single webpage loads. I've also tried without the port and got same results. Tried pinging both IP and the DoT address and they both respond. What am I doing wrong?

Just a guess, but their certificate only seems to be setup for libredns.gr and not dot.libredns.gr. Try using the shorter name as a test.

Hm, but they specify dot.libredns.gr as the DoT address.
I was experimenting with the OpenSSL connection.
Code:
echo | openssl11 s_client -verify 3 -CAfile /rom/etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt -connect dot.libredns.gr:853

Weird. Tried short address as you suggested and all webpages fail. Except Linus Tech Tips forum. w00t ?!
