Any way to block websites using scripts/skynet/diversion if usage exceeds certain time (not schedule)

Hello everyone,

I have installed merlin 374 LTS with skynet and diversion on my ac68 router, and now I'm wondering if there's a way to limit website usage, lets say 2 hours per day max, if this isn't possible, then I'll be trying to set a schedule to allow the website for N hours a day. All suggestion are welcome.

Example: Only allowing tik tok for 20 minutes a day!
