Greatings foolks.

First of all i would like to thanks for all your posts related to this question but anytime i find something that looks like it will work, someone appears saying that "its not stable", "its not the best practices", ...

Im not an expert on networking so im here to ask for your help with my scenario.

1) I have my ISP router configured to manualy assign 192.168.1.100 IP to my AC68U running Merlin last firmware (also disabled all wireless settings on ISP router and im only working with AC68U);
2) My AC68U DHCP is assigning client IP's from 192.168.10.1 to 192.168.10.100;
3) I have some clients with static IP like Chromecast, NAS and 2 computers;
4) I have OpenVPN client setup on AC68U on TUN15;
5) AC68U is running one 5.0ghz wireless network and also one 2.4ghz network.
6) AC68U is running also one GUEST WIRELESS network with hidden SSID just for Chromecast (main goal: watch netflix internacional content);

PROBLEM:

1) Everytime i need to use Netflix i need to start/stop OpenVPN Client;
2) All traffic on AC68U goes through VPN;

WHAT I NEED:

1) First of all i would like to have both 5.0ghz and 2.4ghz main wifi networks running on 192.168.10.0 NETWORK;
2) I need GUEST WIRELESS network to run on 192.168.11.0 network;
3) Both networks should "see" each other, so i dont need to switch to Chromecast wifi to access the device;
4) Traffic on GUEST WIRELESS SSID should be routed to VPN;
5) Traffic on the other wifi SSID's should work normaly on ISP;
6) GUEST WIRELESS INTERFACE IP should be 192.168.11.1 and the DHCP 192.168.11.2 - 192.168.11.50;
7) All wifi connections should assing Google DNS addresses to its clients;

So please folks, can you help me with a good solution?

Best regards.

UPDATE 1: I also need to say that i can make the Merlin's WIKI related post to work! :(
