Asus AX6600 - wifi connection is strong but clients keep losing internet access

I have a single AX6600 (not mesh) and I am getting excellent wifi signal strength everywhere in my house, but our 3 laptops (Mac, HP and Lenovo) keep losing internet access. I can't find any specific time or activity when this happens, it can happen once or twice a day on any of the laptops while the other 2 will have excellent internet connectivity and speed. When I run the Asus app diagnostics it shows no issues. Most of the time the problem will resolve itself in 5 - 10 minutes but sometimes I have to reset the router to fix the problem. Any ideas??
