ok I deleted all custom rules changes to adaptive QoS whit sfq whit automatic setting ethernet VLAN whit default 4
for now, buffer bloat is A to A+ so far so good.

95% up/down sfq, all default settings except the last 4 records. DSLReports constant A/A+ results. RT-AC86U router, Merlin 384.17.

So your saying that sfq works better than FQ-Codel?

I guess that makes sense considering that the fq codel is not yet a native addition to the firmware.

I'm thinking to test this but not sure if its safe from a privacy perspective.

I use Comcast and it seems FQ-Codel works better. Anyone ever tried Codel? Maybe I should give it try haha, but I've been using "Fq" for the longest now.

Mine gets a+ on both, the issue is that sfq is a part of the firmware were as fq codel is more of a custom addition, but hopefully Asus will add it in soon as native to QoS.

From experience better QoS for home use is f-isp. Best QoS for home use is sf-isp.
Stands for Fast Internet Service Provider and Symmetric Fast Internet Service Provider.
