Restore the factory firmware, reset, reconfigure and stop playing with your router.

As mentioned in the beta thread Asuswrt-Merlin firmware for this router has unresolved issue.

Code:
- NEW: Added RT-BE92U support, based on GPL 102_37435. This GPL
seems to have some stability issues, so consider support
for this model to remain Beta, until a fix is provided
         for it.

Delete the connection on your phone and re-connect it.

Is this the limit of your troubleshooting ability? Where is the system log from the router? Does the phone get an IP address from the router?

Is this phone the only wireless client you can test with? 🤔

I went back to my RT-AC5300 Automatically I was back online I'm done I'm never installing a beta firmware, I'm throwing away the router or who ever wants it can have it.... But whoever gets it let me know if you got it working

I'm just gonna buy the same router again

Most likely the router is fine. You are just unable to diagnose the issue. 🤷‍♂️

Maybe but I'm done, bet I won't have issues buying the same router and setting it up
next time, buy a new router, use it with the official firmware and stop messing around with it and saying OMG OMG OMG What do I do OMG OMG OMG.

And replace that injured LAN cable!

Maybe the router is NOT the problem ? Others seem to be running this router with the Beta FW without issue I just ordered one , we will see worst that can happen is I return it if there are REAL problems

If Jerry can make it work, there is hope for us all! Jerry is a fighter!

not these days , if there is a problem I give up quickly , heart attacks strokes and a few brain seizures will do that . All I want these days is a stable easy to use router . No longer have the capacity to trouble shoot and fix things . I have forgotten the most basic things

You just need a hard reset! Take care.

I totally agree I think I'll just buy me the Asus BE86U, but lol kinda want everyone with BE92U to install the beta firmware and do a hard reset and let's see the outcome....

Cool beans but have they fkn done a hard reset
Hard reset is not a problem it just brings the router to how it left the factory , gives you a clean slate to start over . It is pretty hard to ruin an Asus router (I know as i have tried in the past ) , not like the old days where a bad flashing of FW would trash a router
