Hey all,

Switched my primary router and now when setting up DDNS, it says my name is already in use. Looks like it's bound to an old IP too.

Is there anyway to reclaim my original address?

Thanks

It's been asked before. I believe you need to go back to your old router and "unregister" the name. Search the forums for the specifics.

How do you “unregister” the name?

A simple matter of connecting the old router to the internet and changing the Asus DDNS name to something else like a long string of random letters and numbers.
