Release ASUS GT-AX6000 Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_34825 (2025/03/18)

One of the reasons I don't use MSEdge is all the problems and false negatives.

Yes, but the certifcate expires after 2 days.
Are the server and the root certificate the same certificate?

The error seems to be about the root certificate, but you’re showing us info of the server certificate?

I downloaded the certificate from the Asus router and installed it in MSEdge.
With Google chrome the same problem.

So the problem lies with the Asus router certificate.

Do you need HTTPS access to your router webUI on your internal network? The default is HTTP and no certificate required.

OE

The default HTTP is their recommendation, particularly on a trusted network such as your own network. HTTPS is an option, particularly for remote access over the Internet. Using remote access is not advisable. You can safely access your router webUI using HTTP over your own internal trusted network. If you can't trust your local network, you have other security issues to resolve.

And, you can safely access your router webUI or ssh using HTTP over your own VPN connection (running OpenVPN server or the like on the router) as well...

Yeah, if you can't trust your VPN, you have other security issues to resolve. :)

Yes, but you also see that my connection isnt prived, why does is say 2 jan 2044 but expires after 2 days?
Perhaps highlight on the images you are posting exactly where you are seeing it indicate that it expires after 2 days. I still don't see it in the images you have posted. In any case, not sure I've seen you indicate such, but have you checked on a different computer or device? What you are seeing could be specific to that computer.

Because when i install the certificate its goes to the inlog site of the router and after 2 days it expires. See the last pic above its says 19-03-2025.

See post 25.

The preferred way is to use the Feedback function in the router webUI or call ASUS Support. But if you feel post #25 is sufficient, then you're done. Meanhwile, you have a suggested workaround... use the default setting HTTP over trusted/secured networks only.

I reported this problem many times with the Feedback function in the router webUI after any new firmware that came out, but i never got a response from them.

21-03-2025 i did send them a email again on router_feedback@asus.com

Sounds like they don't care to fix it or can't fix it for everybody. Meanwhile, you have a suggested workaround... use the default setting HTTP over trusted/secured networks only.

Hi,
This looks like the ROG version? Will there be a regular version too, or is this the new 3006 look?
Regards

EDIT: Found the GT-AX6000_3006_102.4_alpha2-g774261a90a version. Thanks!
