Release ASUS GT-BE98 Pro Firmware version 3.0.0.6.102_37812 (3/13/2025)

Does this FW have the 802.1q option in WAN section?

All,

What version are you running?
3.0.0.6.102_37812-g78f7da8_1207-g0311b_BB0B - This is on the Asus servers as the download

3.0.0.6.102_37812-g78f7da8_1208-g0311b_BB0B - This is on the Asus ervers from update from within the router

I am guessing the 1208 is newer than the 1207. I had the 108 running, having some problems with disconnects, now trying the 107 version (Direct D/l)

Please avise what version you are running

It may be that the only difference may be location specific since the version numbers are SO close.

In AP Mode with AiMesh, had trouble with an AXE16000 node 10 Gb Ethernet LAN port to my desktop PC, both 1207 and 1208. So I'm on a different firmware now...

Please explain a bit more about your "in AP Mode with AiMesh" configuration.

My main router is a TP-Link Deco BE95 receiving IP Passthrough from AT&T BGW320-500 Residential Gateway. Attached is a screenshot of the BE98 Pro Administration settings page. You'll notice on the left there are a lot less options because it is not acting as a router with no DHCP provided by it. AiMesh still works, or is supposed to work, and it only requires one ethernet connection, vs one WAN and one LAN.
