Asus mesh advice

I’m currently running a Asus be98 pro with a AXE16000 with inconsistent results out of my mesh node (16000). Lacking coverage in certain areas and drops in areas I shouldn’t have any. I’m considering buying a second be98 pro or BQ16 pro (dual pack). Anyone finding either setup works better with the be98 pro?

Least issue solution with asus is to have all nodes the same and on the same firmware.
Coverage is a different issue entirely. But beware, consumer gear is typically of the blast them out variety. Sometimes, reducing power levels on the radios is the better solution.

Think I’ll take that advice and buy a new be98 pro. They are basically the same price. Maybe I’ll test the radio adjustment since I have a few weeks before I can buy it.
