I have successfully completed an OpenVPN setup via my ASUS RT-AC88U router and am able to connect across the internet through the VPN tunnel using an OpenVPN client on my laptop.
I can ping the router and some devices on the network, but I am not able to ping or view the shared drives for my main desktop PC, which was the purpose of me setting up the VPN connection for.
I am running Kaspersky anti-virus and firewall on the desktop PC. I have set up port forwarding type stuff before, but not for long while and was therefore wondering if anyone on here would be able to advise me what firewall permissions I need to change in order to access my shares?
