Asus RT-5300 w/ Merlin and ExpressVPN

Installed and working. Without VPN, around 300 MBpS, VPN enabled, around 60MBpS.
Express VPN states that this is what I will get (tried numerous servers). Have thought about a Server with Untangle and VPN Tunnel, but not sure that it would greatly increase speed.

Realize there will be some speed loss.

Any suggestions, greatly appreciated!?
