Asus RT-AC88U and Merlin Latest firmware RT-AC88U_380.57_0

Hello folks, i discovered with Merlin's latest firmware installed on RT-AC88U "RT-AC88U_380.57_0" i only get 86Mbps on 5GHZ band and 72Mbps on 2.4 Ghz band (normal), tried asus latest firmware "RT-AC88U_3.0.0.4_380_1354-g82da4ac" and i get 433Mbps as it should be and 2.4Ghz band as ussual 72Mbps. Is it known issue on 5Ghz band or is it suppose to be like that? This is when i check on my wifi on my cell phone.
