Yes they did some time ago. It's now fixed at what ever they have it capped at.

Have you tried changing the antenna positions? I used a wifi analyzer and moved them around a bit to extend the range along with ensuring that nothing was placed around it that might reflect the signal.Well the range has significantly dropped. Months ago where I had signal on my patio there is no signal at all now.

Its too close to the tv which is most definitely interfering with your signal.The tv may be cutting off some range.
