What can I do about it? And what is it anyway?
The router works normally, but the GUI has slowed down and sometimes you can't even reach it. And the router freezes about every 2 weeks. Since these errors were published in LOG.

Seeing many many reports of memory issues on any of the new Asus and Merlin firmware. There is a problem and it needs to be fixed only time will tell.

Do you have a USB drive connected to the router? If so switch to USB2 operation in the Administration/System area (as a test) and if a hard drive make sure it is externally powered. Power cycle the router by pulling the power cord from the mains and leave it unplugged for 30 to 60 seconds. Power back up and check the memory usage from time to time. My router trimmed the used RAM in the past day from 61% to 57%. I have seen the RAM usage go up to 97% but the router does keep working.
Yes, others have reported high memory usage but the router should keep working. Some blame a memory leak but I have not experienced that.

I wanted to share I just purchased a RT-AX86S today (vanilla, no customizations other than signing into PPPoe and doing a few DHCP reservations) and it prompted a firmware update that created a ton of issues even pulling up the GUI for the router.

I downgraded to the firmware immediately prior to the latest one, and turned OFF automatic updates. Things are much more stable and I have a hunch this was related to the router not having enough memory to load the page, or being distracted with some other process creating errors. The firmware that is indeed working for me is Firmware Version:3.0.0.4.388_21709 in case this helps someone else.

Other than this issue the router seems to be working.

Remember, the RT-AX86S is a completely different Router, despite the marketing. It has half the memory, even though it's newer.
My 68U is having frequent hang-ups ever since I've installed the new firmware. It just loses all connections, then takes forever to restart.

I don't have any usb device connected to the router.
Now i unpluged all device and all wifi device. Just my notebook connected to the router. I disabled qos in firewall and disabled aiprotection and disabled all memory demanding service feature. But no resolved the problem.

Be sure to reset the firmware to its defaults before you configure it from scratch. I suggest you configure it minimally to begin with and test before adding on. My install notes suggest a minimal configuration.

I have encountered this issue with "[BWHIS] Revert process and free memory" on a RT-AX58U that has 512MB of memory and Merlin firmware RT-AX58U_388.2_0_puresqubi.w, I have 47 devices active on my network and three mesh units 2-AX58U and 1-AX92u, but when Trend and web site history are turned on free memory is down to 138MB of which should be plenty and not cause the router to go into survival mode and whack services to free memory, this is a bug in memory handling. To get your systems working, turn off AI Protection, and Web history of which is under Adaptive QOS. After turning off AI Protection and Web History my free memory is up to 211MB of which I no longer have the "[BWHIS] Revert process and free memory" showing in the syslog. Something else I found is that each time "BWDPI: [BWHIS] Revert process and free memory (pid=5746)" occurred, it's killing some process that are running of which explains the oddities of some systems would be connected to wifi, have an IP address but couldn't get to anything on the Internet, I would reboot my main router and everything would work, I only discovered this issue when I started getting the Revert process and free memory errors every minute that this issue has been the cause of issues for some time, it just got to a point where my network would only partially function for about an hour before the whole family would come after me with torches. After turning off AIprotection and Web history my systems has been working flawlessly but that sucks because AiProtection provides a lot of security, Asus needs to fix this issue or the fabulous team at Asus Merlin of which I support and donate to https://www.asuswrt-merlin.net/
