Automatic channel selection hunting for better channel. Disable 160MHz wide channel and fix the control channel in non-DFS range 36-48 or 149-161 (if available in your region) and 80MHz wide (or 20/40/80MHz) and the messages will stop instantly. You'll get more stable Wi-Fi as a result.

Another question. This routing table concerns me. I have my system setup under the 1.92.168.1.0 scheme. why am I seeing these 50.52.80.0 so one route?

50.52.80.1 is your ISP Gateway. Your router's WAN IP is perhaps 50.52.80.x.

Upgraded from Netgear R7000, what a difference.

Netgear R7000 is two generations older (AC). There was the excellent Netgear R7800 after (AC Wave 2). Asus RT-X86U is AX.

If you had R7800 though (one of the best AC routers) you perhaps would question yourself where exactly is the $250 upgrade.

Are you actually having issues? Or just looking at the system log and panicking over entries?

You may get more stable Wi-Fi is you fix the control channels for both bands. Run the router on Auto for some time and observe what channel is used most of the time. Lock this channel and find something better to do with your life. For 2.4GHz - any working better for you channel. For 5GHz - it depends on your local region regulations. There is no best settings advice. Everyone's Wi-Fi environment is different and you have to find what works for you.
