Oh really ? .116 is a beta and it doesn't start with 9.

Hi i know of an official beta posted on the asus support page and it`s number is 3.1.0.3.90 the one with some usb fix, so i concluded that those numbered with 9. is of the same nature as it has that 1 after the first number and it seems to indicate beta, just not an official beta.

There's a 9.1.0.3.125 floating around. Odd version number, I suspect that build might be for some specific countries. I only compared the webpages with those from build 116, and there's quite some changes there. I didn't dare flashing my router with it however, as I got the link from some russian forum where I can't understand anything - all I can understand is there's a download link there from which I can get this file, with no idea if people are saying it's a router-bricker, or the best firmware ever released yet :)

The link can be found on this thread: http://forum.ixbt.com/topic.cgi?id=14:56360-24

Yeah, I have that version. Installed it and saw no changes so I went back to 116. Was leery to leave it running without any noticeable difference.

Hi yes at the moment im running .108 i have tried them all and right now it seems to be the one that works the best. .112 and over i had problems with dhcp server.

Same here, .108 firmware works best for me at the moment.

Updating RT-N66U to NVRAM 64K... Lets see the results ;)

How can Download ist the new FW build

CFE files, i only have "compared" them and shared in case anyone wants to see them. It seems CFE was not really updated, but hacked somehow to reach to 64K...

Just updated mine. Surprisingly my backup settings worked this time when restored.

Any idea how this firmware compares to RT-N66U_9.1.0.3_125 ? I assume RT-N66U_9.1.0.3_125 is newer since it's 9.1, or maybe not.

I guess the main purpose was updating NVRAM size, so don't expect too much differences, unfortunately i don't have access to changelog.

That 9.1.0.3_125 version is one that Asus had me try to fix a problem I had with some client devices getting stuck on the detection. It fixed it for me, or at least for those two devices (Epson printer and a WD Media player).

Neither resolved the client list for me. RT-N66U_9.1.0.3_125 did resolve the issue I was having with the QOS page not showing (even the side menu) after adding 8 MAC addresses manually.
