Hello!
I have rt-n66u with asuswrt-Merlin 380.65_4 (not the latest 380.66_x because the bug in 380.66 with unpromted restart).
My problem at the user level: the web pages are not fully dowloaded and download progress is running all the time. At the client side it looks as: open the browser, enter url and press enter, the web page is loaded uncompletely and the download progress is running infinitely.
The problem at the system level as I found it: not all TCP packets are forwarded from WAN interface to the client.
Unfortunately the problem is floating. Sometimes all works well, sometimes web pages are not fully downloaded. Restarting browser or clearing the browser cache helps but for the limited time.
I found workaround too: if I use OpenVPN on the client connected to the external VPN server by UDP all works well everytime.
My config: all router settings are default (also I made reset to factory settings).
Dual WAN is configured in failover mode:
1 WAN: cable is not connected.
2 WAN: USB as Android phone (USB modem in HiLink mode, Yota LTE provider).
WIFI: configured two networks 2.4 and 5 GHz (the problem exists on the both networks).
Client: iPad mini with iOs 10.3.2, browser Safari (I got the same results with Chrome).
I attached three files:
1) ifconfig
2) netstat on eth3 (this is WAN connected to the USB modem) for the typical session with this problem.
3) netstat on br0 (client) for the same session.
As I see the netstat sessions on eth3 (WAN) and br0 (client) are identical except the latest packets received from WAN which are not forwarded to the br0 (and to the client).:

I made search in the internet and found that this problem with USB modems is old.
