It is my second router... :-( first router I changed with warrenty. But i vary hard uses my router, average i have conncting 12-16 devices.

My steps:
1. Switch On FULL SERVICES LOG (6 hours)
2. Log was loop, time in not decresas.
3. I make restart.
4. Log was loop, time in not decresas.
5. Manually I send LOG (FULL LOG worked)
5. Turned Off - adaptive QOS.
6. Router did restart (alone).
7. Timer Server LOG - run correctly.

Seems if problems couse Adaptive QOS...i tries test my theory.

Bummer. I have around 50 devices without technical hiccups. >90% of my problems are ISP related :)

Do You have switch on: Reboot schedule?
Full support services log not works... i tried send it but still I have 6 hours records since 27 hours...
I tried send manually, but router make reboot.

But each day I checked speed connection my ISP. I have not seenany problems.
Router worked correctly aproxy 70days without reboot.

No scheduled reboots. Have you added a new device to your ecosystem? Maybe something new is not getting along with the router?

In my opinion router has problem with:
- QOS
- wrong clears memory when is not did restart
Why:
- I made restart
- Switched off QOS and I hard used router (Disney+, games my son)
I not see any Errors in log since I did two described activites.
Router works stabil, question how long...
Next restart: Mondey 4:00 AM.

I trying find what cause problem.
Option 1.
QOS ON - speed WiFi decrease 20-40Mb.
But sometimes works correctly, speed test Router - PC the resoult are the same.
Option 2.
QOS OFF
Router has short suspensions, WAN not show Errors. Devices they lose connection 2-20second.

Hello,
It seems that the problem is and is not entirely in QOS.
I'm testing,
QOS enabled and for 12 hours there were no cuts.
Connection speed without drop, stable. I don't observe a drop in performance when QOS is turned on, but I also had cases where it was a bit slow.
Unfortunately, there is nothing visible in the log, so when I noticed the clipping, I tried to send it from the router to support.

So I'll summarize a bit.
1. Disabling QOS works, but there are micro jams. I SENT two logs from the router after such a MINI jam.
2. Enabled QOS also works, but there seem to be errors in the log (Settings, Starts).
3. The yellow line is independent of QOS. It appears more than once in the log.
Code:
Jan 20 15:37:23 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] sysport_tm_command,1242: Feature Unavailable^[[0m
Jan 18 21:14:49 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] sysport_tm_command,1242: Feature Unavailable^[[0m
Jan 20 18:46:00 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] sysport_tm_command,1242: Feature Unavailable^[[0m
4. Green line only when QOS is enabled.
Code:
Jan 20 18:46:06 kernel: ERR[qos_start:3363] qos_ops is not registered!

Router has status: End Od Line.
ASUS
First FV 2022, I wonder if the next router should also be from Asus, considering such short support and lack of correction of reported errors.

Szanowny Kliencie ASUS,
Dla TUF-AX5400 optymalizacja ma niższy priorytet bo jest to już model EOL - End Od Line.

Dear ASUS customer,
For TUF-AX5400, optimization has a lower priority because it is already an EOL - End From Line model.

E23060041391 - My service request number

Conclusions after 3 months:
1. Rebooting every 7 days stabilizes the router. Failure to restart will eventually cause memory overflow and problems.
2. Sometimes micro cuts occur while streaming.
3. The router randomly clears the connection speed test.
What I miss:
1. No automatic deletion of LOGS after: 1, 3, 7 days, Full log.
2. Remote access from the APPLICATION (via DDNS and WAN) should not enable logging in to the WWW - Option: GUI with WAN.
It should be possible to log in remotely from WAN via the ASUS cloud from the application level without running the WAN GUI (web login).
That options should be separae.
If you log in from the app and select the app only option, you should not be able to log in to the router traditionally from the WAN.

22:47
Jun 15 22:22:05 WAN Connection: WAN was restored.
Micro clipping and log error.
The LEDs on the router did not show a WAN error.
Symptoms:
1. Discontinuation of Disney+ (slow connection).
2. My son played without any problems.

Is it true no further updates? If yes, very short support timeline.
My previous ASUS RT-AC88u router got 10+ years updates.
Any recommendation for a newer router?
I‘m experiencing some bugs like intermittent micro cuts while streaming too.

As far as I know, still supported. But it has reached the stage where the cadence for updates is slower (like most routers out there). Mine has been rock solid for the last year. If I was to buy a new one, I'd go with the RT-AX86U Pro or GT-AX6000.

Hi,
At the moment I noticed when I change setting QOS i have in log:

Aug 9 18:19:07 rc_service: cfg_server 1735:notify_rc restart_qos;restart_firewall;
Aug 9 18:19:09 kernel: Archer TCP Pure ACK Enabled
Aug 9 18:19:09 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] sysport_tm_command,1242: Feature Unavailable^[[0m
Aug 9 18:19:13 BWDPI: fun bitmap = 53f

Aug 9 23:44:20 rc_service: httpds 1635:notify_rc restart_qos;restart_firewall
Aug 9 23:44:21 kernel: Archer TCP Pure ACK Enabled
Aug 9 23:44:21 kernel: ^[[0;33;41m[ERROR archer] sysport_tm_command,1242: Feature Unavailable^[[0m
Aug 9 23:44:25 BWDPI: fun bitmap = 53f

And Speed conections is decrease aproxy 100Mb.
- QOS OFF - 610-640Mb
- QOD ON - 550-590Mb

And
Aug 10 12:33:54 WAN Connection: WAN(0) link down.
Aug 10 12:34:00 WAN Connection: WAN was restored.

A bit of a stretch, but since you are getting the WAN disconnects, have you tried a different modem (or equivalent)? If it's ISP owned, you could ask for a replacement that it's ideally from a different brand and or model.

This is a problem with this router - software.
Previously:
RT-AC58U V3
RT-AC58U V2
ASUS RT-AC1300G Plus
Tp-link
It didn't have these problems. I've a service request open for a year but Asus has it in...
