Hello I am having some problems with my Mesh system, have factory reset it a couple times too. My upload speeds are really bad, I have Verizon FiOS fiber and even called them to see if it was on their side but it isn't. I cannot get more than 5Mbps upload speeds even while wired on a 2GBps service. I tried turning off IPv6 and other things but nothing improves it. Do you guys have any suggestions on what to look for to see if it resolves my problem?

Also my WiFi speeds are not good, about 300Mbps download and 1.8-3Mbps upload with a Pixel 9 Pro XL at 2 ft distance from main unit (have 3 units). I checked and it's connected as MLO and shows WiFi 7 as being used.

Edit: Corrected title form BT10 to BT8.

You can try switching off MLO and see if that's better. Also make sure you have the latest firmware - the update after November 6, '24 was what made the BT10 stable and usable.

Will try turning off MLO and report back. Also do have latest firmware from Nov. Thanks!

The latest firmware is from December.

I purchased mine right before Christmas and I got the November update immediately and couple days later I got the December update.

Have not received that one yet, got the November one only.

What happened?

I told you already. You have replaced popular, fixed, updated over time home mesh system with Wi-Fi 7 beta testing kit. Asus or other vendor - not going to be smooth sailing right from the start. You have to be patient and wait for it to get eventually popular, fixed, updated over time just like your previous set. It's restarting the common for consumer products life cycle. If the product doesn't get popular - you're in trouble.
Ummm... I have zero problems with this product. The speeds are fantastic(latest test below on my Pixel 9 Pro XL). Initially I had problems created by me. Since then It's been stable. Two updates and no drops... I think you have me confused with the OP.

The only similarities are we have the same Wi-Fi unit and evidently the same phone.

Correct. (got back at 2AM, need more coffee)

Share your settings to @edu616, please.
So first thing is, well I'm an idiot as I have the BT8 instead of BT10 so that is error number one in my part and I apologize for confusing the two. That is probably why my only update is from November. Anyhow units should still work with 2Gbps connection per how I have it wired. Please see attached.

Can you please change the thread title/post and tag to reflect BT8, so that it doesn't say BT10 ?

Unfortunately, you are one of the few SNB Forum users with first hand experience with this new BT8 product. 🤷‍♂️

It sucks to be me right now. Thinking about returning it. I contacted Asus and they said they will get back to me in at least 2 business days lol. Just as a check I connected my laptop straight to Ethernet from ISP and full speed can be seen lol, so certainly the router is the issue.
