I would like to see a bandwidth limiter option that can be set up in the GUI. See a Tomato by Shibby example.
QoS is nice, but I would rather limit the bandwidth of some devices connected to my router.

What about this:

ASUS RT-N66U Firmware version 3.0.0.4.378.9235
- Release Note -
...
New Features
- Added Bandwidth Limiter in QoS. Let administrator easily limit specific client's upload/ download bandwidth

Thanks for that, I should have searched my question first, lol
I thought I heard a while back that it was in the works.
I'm using RMerlin's fw at the moment, guess I will be patiently waiting. :)

Bandwidth limiter is there in 378.56_2.

I would pay cash for DNSCRYPT to be integrated into the firmware and accessible from the UI ala TomatoUSB (RAF or Shibby). I know it can be done through entware as an add-on but rather than side-loading it I would love to see this as part of the firmware's features. I, like some people, don't have the time or experience with linux scripting to make this work.

@ Asus, RMerlin, and john9527 - Please strongly consider adding this security feature to your firmware builds. I believe that many asus router users would be very happy to have this as part of the firmware. As always, big thanks for your hard work and effort!

Personally, I have no plans at this time for DNSCrypt support.

My request:
Making use of max RF-power, allowed in country of living.
When in The Netherlands (my country) I get 100 mW e.i.r.p., when moving to the US I get what is allowed overthere.

I'd like to see the Traffic Analyzer - Statistic page offer the option to show data usage by: calendar month such as Dec 1 - Dec 31 instead of simply the last 30 days of usage.

I would like to see in Parental Control a block ALL devices setting as well. The kids have 3 or 4 devices each and friends come over and they have the same. It makes no sense to have to manually block each device. Additionally it would have made more sense to have a block all and an exclude list instead. Far less devices would be excluded than vice versa. Far to easy to stumble across adult content.
