New Around Here
Hello all,

The list on the asus website with the USB 3G/4G USB modems are very old.
Is there somebody using USB 3G/4G modems and do they work with the latest version of merlin ? (384.13)
There are some topics, but also outdated.
Maybe you can give me the model number so i don't buy a incompatible version (4G preferred)

Thanks !

Perhaps not exactly the info you want, but I recently switched ISP's from Cox to T-Mobile. So, off the coaxial connected cable modem and onto a 4G LTE wireless modem. I just connected the modem from it's LAN port (1 of 2) to the WAN port of my 86U and turned off the onboard WiFi of the modem. Not sure what country you are in or if that is available to you but working very well for me and I cut my internet bill in half.
