AX86U DEAD

Hey guys I have a Ax86U it was plugged into a surge protector lighting hit and it seems to of bricked the router. I tried another power cord I had laying around to see if it would at least power on. It did power on, the adapter isn’t the correct 19V 2.37A 45W.

I need this router on for work. Anything I can do to get this power adapter replaced in a timely manner?

I'd imagine so. It looks like there's two different PSUs. A 33W with a 4.0mm * 1.35mm connector and a 45W with a 5.5mm * 2.5mm connector.

I have a 45 w factory one so that is the size I ordered. 5.5mm barrel

This is a wrong connector type power supply for AX86U router. @Cary5500 already ordered the right one.
