AX88U: Wan Port and First 4 Lan-Ports are dead

Hi,

yesterday my ax88u suddenly showed me a red light and the connection went off. After that it smells a bit burned and i remarked a that the wan-port and the first four lan-ports are dead. Port 5-8 are still alive. After a factory reset (wps and power button) nothing changed. Any ideas? Warranty is still alive for one more year, so i think i will send this router to asus. Is such a problem possible to repair or will i get a new device?

to achieve 8 LAN Asus used 2 "switches":
1. https://www.broadcom.com/products/wireless/wireless-lan-infrastructure/bcm49408 that is CPU with 5 ports switch
2. https://docs.broadcom.com/doc/12381556 this is 6 port switch

and one is now damaged

if it is on Warranty do not think much clamed it
