Is there any reason to use the 10g port over the 2.5g if speeds do not exceed 2.5g?
It would be going from my modem to the 10g wan port on the axe16000Which 10G port? What is the other end connected to?
I would use it to ensure it was working as expected.
This might sound stupid but I did not think of that making a difference if one port did indeed have an advantage but it makes sense it could only be beneficial when using the same port on the opposing side.Yes, but what specific port does your modem have?
