Backing Up the Intel SS4200E

Hi - I have the Intel SS4200E as a home file server.
1) Can anyone suggest a canned inexpensive solution/NAS capable of backing up the SS4200E on an automated basis?
2) As a potential different path, can anyone recommend two different NAS boxes, where NAS 1 is the primary and backs up to NAS2 on an automated basis.

Potential Solution - ReadyNAS Duo

Hi - I've been doing some research and I'd appreciate if anyone knows if this is possible. Can I setup the ReadyNAS Duo to perform an automated daily backup of a shared network drive located on the Intel SS4200E which is password protected? Appreciate all suggestions.
