For site problems, you always contact me, via the Contact Us link at the bottom of each page or via PM.

Security settings are high due to ongoing DDOS attack. If your posts contain code snippets, they will likely be blocked.

I am investigating ways to allow code posts while still protecting the site from code related attacks.

Two suggestions:
- Don't quote code portions in responses
- If you must post code, do it with images / screenshots

I kinda thought that may be it
it is when it says in any post/reply 'bracket' code '/bracket'
even if I did it here like normal is would block me so I put in the word instead of the symbol
that's my take on it.....
so I deleted that out of my reply and it went right thru
thanks

Pastebin is a good service to use if you need to quote large amounts of code.

I worked around it by first making a quick short text reply, and then was able to edit and save the full intentional reply.

as long as your post does not include

Code:
 with the [code]
[/code] then it should post....

as long as you don't have a long code in the post

{code} (use the regular []) then put in {/code} (use the regular []) to end the posting of CODE

then the regular reply or quick reply is working
