Yeah it's still not a bad combo at all. If you're thinking of 2 or even 3 APs, you may want to throw in an OC200 Omada controller for $85, which will bolster the APs with 802.11k/v/r fast roaming (assuming your clients support those standards) and centralized management.
You may also want to look at the Ubiquiti ER-4 and maybe a 802.3 PoE switch to power your APs, instead of the ER-X.
The above upgrades would take you a out of the original $200 budget set by the OP in this thread, but could be very well well worth it, depending on your needs, especially the OC200 controller.
