Best settings for gaming? (PS3, PC, Wii U)

Here are my settings, what should I add or decrease to make online gaming better such as less lag?

Also sometimes I notice when I start my PS3 the clock in the upper right will spin for like 2-5 secs when it should normally take less than or around a sec like it did with my old router. Anything I can do to fix that?

Those settings (shown in your screenshots) are typical... Probably has little to no effect for gaming.

I didn't do any special settings on mine for gaming, and don't experience any lag. What are your internet speeds like? Mine are typically 105 MB down, and about 12 MB up.

No need to DMZ anything either...
