Block youtube app but not netflix/app store

Hi, wondering if this is possible with merlin's firmware.

I want to limit my kid access to YouTube in their devices (ps3, iPad,iPod). I know I can disable entertainment streaming but this also block netflix and worst, the Apple appstore also which means no app updates.

They don't use their browser to go to a YouTube so I don't thing keyword will help. They mostly just work with the YouTube app.

Ideally, I want to block and unblock at will YouTube while not affecting netflix or the appstore on their respective devices.

Block Youtube app at the device and install Youtube Kids. Works fine on the xbox and android devices.
