Hello

Currently owning an Ai Mesh network based on an Asus Rt ac5300 (primary) and a Rt ac68u (secondary) connected together by ethernet cable.
I’m moving to a new bigger place where i won’t be able to use the wired backhaul.
Even if i do not have any wifi7 client, should i buy a set of bq16pro to have a strong wireless backhaul ?
Thanks in advance and best regards

You should want the strongest wireless backhaul you can achieve, of course, or else wire it. I doubt anyone other than a currently satisfied user of the Zen BQ16 Pro (check the seller reviews) can recommend a bleeding edge ASUS network. I would only take it on for hobby and with commitment to get it working over time as its firmware development permits... like we've been doing since 2018 with AiMesh (ASUSWRT 5.0 Pro firmware is barely out of the gate at a snail's pace and needs more work, and that does not even speak to the state of their WiFi-7 product development).
