First a big thanks for the 220.18b firmware.
I switched to this firmware because of the OpenVPN implementation.
Works flawlessly. :D

I do have a question about the "Logout button" on my routers webpage.
It does say within a new webpage "You have Logout successfully."
However when I click the browser back button I'm back in, no credentials asked.
Same behaviour if I close the tabbed browser page.
When I close the browser completely I have to enter my credentials again.
(Using Google Chrome or IE9 doesn't matter.)
This seems a bit flakey, especially when I use my ASUS pad because this always logs in without asking for credentials any more.

(No, I don't ever give my browsers permission to remember passwords.)

Could this be a bug?

I think your browser just caches it and i dont think this is a bug, i have the same thing going on and it is exactly as you describe.
When i close my browser its fine i think my password and username just stay in cache.

And as for your tab if it is android based, then i understand android keeps everything cached anyway.
It does that so it can quickly reopen browsers and apps

The logout button removes you from the web server's list of recognized IPs. However standard HTTP authentication gets automatically sent by your browser when required by a web server - that's something that a logout button cannot remove. This is cached by your web browser, that's why re-accessing any webui page will have your browser automatically resend the authentication credentials until you actually close your browser.

Thanks gents, that must explain it.
Maybe a bit misleading this Logout button, but that's IMHO.

Logout ??? RT-AC66U

If I don't logout, I am precluded from logging in from another computer. Can the RT-AC66U be set to automatically logout after a period of inactivity?
