Hopefully this is the right place to report this. Issues on github seem to be disabled (at least for me).

On the Client Status listing, when signal strength is "Good", the word is displaying above the icon, unlike other situations when only the icon shows (and the word is show as a tooltip). Screenshot below. This example is a 5GHz device, but it also occurs with 2.4GHz devices.

Thanks - found it, fixed with this commit.

I disabled Github's issue tracker a few months ago because it was getting flooded with generic user support requests rather than actual issue reports.

Great! I tried to locate the issue myself... if I had, I would have submitted a pull request, but I got lost in the code and couldn't locate the problem. Maybe I'll have more luck next time.

Thanks for the quick fix!

The new Client Status icons don't show anymore signal strenght in dBm when you mouse over. An incomprehensible backward step.

I personally wouldn't regard it as strictly incomprehensible.
For a consumer product, Asus probably believes that a simplistic indicator i.e. 'Good|Very Good etc.' would reassure home users who may be unfamiliar with the dBm values (and how to correctly interpret say a difference of -10 dBm etc.), however a simple click (whilst requiring more effort ) on the MAC address in the GUI does show the necessary signal detail.
