Build 380.66 Beta4

I'm stuck. I have a ASUS rt-ac56U router with Merlin 380.66 Beta4 build. I copied the exact settings as identified in Yodri's post and have the VPN server in a running state. No errors reported in System Log. Exported the Client OVPN file. Do I import this to the OpenVPN Client VPN side of the router? What do I do next? If I try to start OPENVPN on the Windows side with the exported ovpn file it just sits and times out. I obviously don't know what I am doing. Any help would be appreciated.
