Can i install flask on asuswrt-merlin on usb with pip?

Im trying to install flask on Assuwrt-merlin AX82U and was having trouble installing it with pip install flask and one of the errors was a memory error

so i wanted to try to download flask on my usb with entware installed, is this possible, and is this the command to do so

pip install flask --target /tmp/mnt/sda1/entware
