Entware Cannot access QBitTorrent WebUI

My first time installing Merlin. I have an AX86U. Everything working fine. I installed entware by ssh'ing into my router and running amtm, then I installed QBitTorrent using opkg install. Everything seems fine and I can start it but running ./S89qbittorrent start but I can't seem to access the web ui.
I am assuming I just go to my router's ip address on port 9080 but I get refused to connect message in my browser. Looking at the log it says

The other odd thing is I tried to change the port in the config file and it gets overwritten when I start it up. The config file I am changing as at
entware\etc\qBittorrent_entware\config\qBittorrent.conf
