i cannot access some website start from few days ago. But I can access them if i bypass the router and connect the laptop to the modern directly.
Downgrade or re-flash the firmware cannot help.
Anyone have idea on this issue? Thanks
I'd have thought this is unlikely (although not impossible) because the router's firewall doesn't block outgoing traffic, only unsolicited incoming traffic. But then again, if he's installed some third-party firewall software....My thought is that the router firewall is blocking for one reason or the other. If you turn on logging firewall events you may see your unreachable website.
I concur but we just don’t have enough info to go any further in problem determination. But then again...
Indeed; he’s left us to wonder if he’s running Skynet or Diversion.I concur but we just don’t have enough info to go any further in problem determination.
Funny how you all always try to blame me or @AdammIndeed; he’s left us to wonder if he’s running Skynet or Diversion.
Funny how we always assume it’s a “he”.
What model router do you have? What firmware version are you currently running?
Try cloning your laptop's MAC address to the router's WAN interface. Your IP address might be blacklisted.
could this be linked to AiProtection ?i cannot access some website start from few days ago. But I can access them if i bypass the router and connect the laptop to the modern directly.

I have been using 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 as the DNS server but they can't help.
