Can't connect to the internet (AC68U)

Hello Community!

Asus support couldn't help me so i hope you can do it. I have bought an Asus DSL-AC68U from amazon with the oldest firmware 3.0.0.4.376_560 so i decided to update the firmware via recovery mode to the newest firmware 3.0.0.4.376_2072. At first i cleared the routers NVRAM. After that, i updated the router via recovery mode. I cleared the NVRAM again and after all, i rebooted the router. So when i try to connect to the internet with ADSL2+ in AnnexA mode now, the router doesn't connect me to the ISP. I tried an downgrade to the old firmware version, but it did not work. The router downgraded the firmware but NOT the firmware version of the DSL.

The syslog after the reboot without any configuration looks like this (see below syslog.txt)

The syslog after the configuration with the default ISP settings looks like this (see below syslog (1).txt)

Thank you!

Try powering off your modem for at least 10 minutes (preferably 30 minutes).
