The newly introduced Wi-Fi 6E products include two Wi-Fi systems and two routers, all operating on the 6GHz band, offering increased bandwidth and lower latencies.
The first three Wi-Fi 6E products include seamless roaming capability, AI-driven mesh functionality, and all feature TP-Link’s new HomeShield network and smart home security service:
Deco X96 is an AX7800 tri-band Wi-Fi system that uses a backhauled architecture to improve performance, providing a total maximum wireless rate of 7800 Mbps. Coupled with smart antennas and AI-driven mesh technology, the Deco X96 can learn about its environment and enhance its coverage.
Deco X76 Plus, an AX5400 tri-band Wi-Fi system, offers a maximum wireless rate of 5400 Mbps. The Deco X76 Plus includes a built-in smart hub, which when used with its associated app, gives the homeowner control over their smart home products.
Archer AX96 is an AX7800 tri-band router that delivers a maximum wireless rate of 7800 Mbps. Similar to the Deco X96, the Archer AX96 uses its smart antennas and AI to improve its range and latency and uses its third band for backhaul operations.
Lastly, the Archer AX206 is an AX11000 tri-band Wi-Fi 6E router that provides a maximum wireless rate of 10 Gbps and includes one of each of the following Ethernet ports: 10 Gbps WAN/LAN SFP+, 10 Gbps WAN/LAN, and 2.5 Gbps WAN/LAN. For additional 10G ports, TP-Link also announced its new fanless 5-port 10G switch, TL-SX105, alongside the Archer AX206.
