Complete Message Stuck Until F5 is Pressed

Anyone experience this issue on yours? Difficult to describe it so I took a video of the problem:

Basically, the 'Complete' message stays like that until F5 (refresh) button is pressed. It only happens for this on/off toggle for Internet Connection.

I have tried different browsers and different computers, tried factory reset the router, still same issue.

Anyone knows a solution to this?

The router model and the firmware version would be helpful.

But the only solution I know is to have patience (it will come back on it's own given enough time).

It's an AC68U on 380.58.

Waited for minutes still the same, shouldn't be taking so long right?
