Copying files/directories on attached disk

What's the best way to copy/move directories or files on a drive attached to the RT-N66U?

I have the torrent tool download videos and audio to one Temp folder on the attached hard disk, and then at a later date want to move the files into their respective Video or Audio folders. Currently if I cut/paste it to the folder I want from my computer it seems the file has to transfer via my computer (slow wifi adapter) and takes ages.

I want the router to do the leg work of the copying to speed up the process, but I don't see a simple way to browse/copy files from the router. Am I missing something?...

The only way to do a local copy without moving the file over the network is to use telnet or SSH, and do it through the Linux shell.
