Country restriction avoidance router VPN advice

One question, if I want to connect to UnoTelly DNS from outside my router, all I have to do is just to create an OpenVPN server with the following options, right?

- Direct clients to redirect Internet traffic (Yes)
- Respond to DNS (Yes)

That is an outrageous allegation. The OP could just as easily be wishing to operate his router legally in his domain. Changing the locale is not illegal. Why people always assume that such questions are asked for nefarious purposes I do not know.

I just re-read joegreat's post, it's more like a friendly reminder.

However based on what you said in #40, I think you completely mis-interpret OP's thread title and his question.
