Community and @RMerlin

I am running a GT-AXE11000 on 388.2_2 and I am receiving an error when I attempt to commit the nvram.

"copy_file:217 Could not open file:/data/.kernel_nvram.setting"

I cannot alter this file because the directory sits on a read-only partition, but neither can my nvram binary.

Thoughts?

Best,
CK

Welcome to the forums @ckcameron.

What is the actual command you're trying to use?

Obvious question - have you rebooted the router?

Have you tried any other firmware version, either stock Asus or older Merlin?

I am having this exact same issue. Same router.

Problem SEEMS to go away with factory firmware Going to try older merlin firmwares and see if any do anything to help.
