Saw this tool in the downloads section and it is supposed to "upgrade the RT-AC68U DDR clock rate from 533MHz to 666MHz". I have a RT-AC68W and when I run the following command to check the memory clock I see the following:
admin@(none):/usr/sbin# nvram get clkfreq
1000,800
It appears that I am already running a memory clock @800MHz (so wont be using the tool), but is this something that is normal? I am assuming that I have the 4709 processor (1GHz) which has DDR3-1600 memory, so is the 800 derived from 1600 / 2 ?
