RT-AC1900p won't let me add pic to my daughter's laptop .It let me change all others. What am I doing wrong ?

Yes they were. Now how do I delete that device (Laptop) from the router ?It keeps showing up with the lower case mac address.

Change it at: LAN => LAN - DHCP Server => Manually Assigned IP around the DHCP list
