Direct URL for Wake on Lan - WOL

I'm looking for a direct URL that I can bookmark on my phone so that I can wake my computer up without having to go thru the entire login and selecting a device process to wake up my computer.

So far I've gotten...

http://USERNAMEASSWORD@123.123.123.123/Main_WOL_Content.asp

However, this only logs me in and takes me to the WOL page where I must then select my computer and then tap on WAKE UP. I'm looking for something that is the complete URL which has the MAC Address and command to execute the Wake Up already in it.

i.e.
http://USERNAMEASSWORD@123.123.123.123/Main_WOL_Content.asp&mac=00:00:00:00:00:00&wake=yes

You can't. WOL requests aren't passed through URL GET arguments.
