dlna: video stopped after some minutes

After some minutes (10-15) of playing dlna video from my lg smart tv, the stream stops, and I need to turn off the TV and switch it on again to see dlna content again.

my router is RT-AC56U and merlin version is 374.41
My media is inside an NTFS disk

I also installed an external USB flash key formatted to ext4 and I followed the guide to move minidlna directory into the flash usb disk.

Look at the logfile, this may help you.
The minidlna.log can be found on the device you are enabling:
/tmp/mnt/<enabled device>/minidlna/minidlna.log
