What is the different?
DNS-based filtering is on AIprotection setting

the second one is on WAN setting
I set here google DNS.

Not really. The WAN setting is the "normal" setting you'd see on all routers. DNS filtering forces selected clients to use a specific DNS server and doesn't let them override it as they would normally be able to do.
