i've just used googles namebench software to see which DNS is fastest for my internet connection.

The results show that OpenDNS is fastest but the thing is i've already entered those DNS address in the WAN DNS Setting in the router. Also namebench says im using (192.168.1.1 www.asusnetwork.net) as my DNS and when i hover over it shows dnsmasq-2.65. I have using dnsmasq to use unblock-us dns with hulu, netflix, pandora and few others. Has something gone wrong?

It's picking up your local DNS client config or 192.168.1.1 - when you run namebench, instead of accepting the default (which will pick your local client), set the initial 'nameservers' field to something external such as 8.8.8.8

The results will be the same, but you'll be getting results from the perspective of only considering external DNS services (so the same view as your router gets), rather than getting the resolution measurement of your local client.
