Load the router with factory firmware.

As far as I can tell, none of your devices support 802.11ac. So you may need to try different Wi-Fi settings, like disabling beamforming.

Try disabling the 5 GHz radio and see if devices behave ok on 2.4 GHz.

Are you sure the router was working properly in the U.S.? Maybe you purchased a defective router that someone wanted to get rid of.

Also set the 2.4 band to a fixed channel at 20mhz and the 5 band to a fixed channel.
Should add that I tried Merlin 380.68 again today and could not get into system settings. Kept asking to change the user and password. Gave up after four factory resets and went back to latest Asus firmware.
